In June 2012, the Aerican Empire distributed a census to all citizens together with that year's Culling of the Inactive. Of the 201 citizens who responded to the Culling, 104 (52%) completed the census.
The census consisted of a serious portion, where citizens were asked to provide truthful answers, and a silly portion, where citizens were encouraged to go wild with their responded. The instructions specified that citizens were free to leave questions blank and all questions included "I decline to answer this question" as a choice.
Ordinarily, after some options, a percentage would be displayed in backets, indicating what percentage of respondents chose this option. Since there were approximately 100 respondents, the number of respondents is also basically the percentage of people who chose an option. If no number if given next to an answer, it indicates that one person gave that answer.

What is the meaning of life?
- 42: 26
- Question left blank: 15
- The numerous, heterogenous, often contradictory elements that are normally referred to under the umbrella term "life" are not purposeful entities. The Universe, which predates Man and therefore "Meaning", does not have to answer to such concepts. Things cannot be made to answer to justification a posteriori. Simply put, the question does not make sense, and there is no inherent meaning or goal or justification for anything. There are no aetiological nor teleological causes to anything that is not the result of something one could describe as a "conscience", and even then the reasoning and meaning a conscience may achieve is for all intents and purposes not a product of free will and therefore part of a mechanical, material form of retroactive predetermination: If something happens, it was never not going to happen. If it doesn't, it was always not going to. Things have happened, and that is all there is to it.
- there is no ideal meaning of life , everyone has to find his or her own meaning about life , three generations gone and no one would remember anyone alive now except billionaires , so there is no meaning and purpose to life , if you have a house to stay and food & water to survive thats it other than that whatever you do in life is just like making sand castles & writing on water , everyone is alone and everyone will leave this world alone now there are two things whether to live with a smile or live with a regret its a choice that everyone has to decide for themselves the last question everyone will ask themselves is that , did they got what they wanted from this life ?
- "Ama a tu projimo como a ti mismo". This is the spanish equivalent to the famous Love thy neighbor. But the spanish version has an important distinction, "projimo" means every single human being on earth. When they asked Jesus what was the most important commadment, he replied with this. So for God, the most important thing in life is, to love each and one of us as we love ourselves. Pretty simple maybe
- the condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter, including the capacity for growth, reproduction, functional activity, and continual change preceding death.
