This treaty came into effect at on September 12th, 2009.

TREATY OF MUTUAL RECOGNITION, FRIENDSHIP, CO-OPERATION AND PEACE

The signatory micronations of this Agreement formally resolve to agree upon the following points:
One: Both nations fully recognise each other's existence as legal and constitutional political entities with full sovereignty and independence.
Two: Both nations recognise each other's symbols, territories, institutions and judicial classifications.
Three: Both nations demonstrate their intent to continue peaceful diplomatic relations and act for the benefit of all signatories in all instances when it is prudent.
Four: Both nations promise to make it publically known that a spirit of mutual respect and cooperation exists between them.
