The Ministry of Silly Things 3000 (also known as the MST3K) is operated by minister William Potash. The MST3K controls a bit of everything within the Empire, charged as they are with organizing silly events and maintaining general silliness throughout the lands. They monitor silliness in the Empire, as well as holidays, celebrations, events, and more.
